About Brauerei Unser Bier
What began 27 years ago as a homebrew made in a spaghetti pan is now the largest and one of the most popular breweries in the whole of Basel. With the slogan ‘beer from here rather than beer from there’, Unser Bier offers a local response to global consolidation. The brewery currently has 11,750 shareholders rallied around it who actively support the principle of local production for local consumption. The natural beers from Unser Bier are predominantly organic. Unser Bier brews its standard and seasonal beers in Basel, and its speciality beers and barrel-aged craft beers in Liestal.
