Delica, Switzerland’s second-largest coffee roastery, is based in Birsfelden. Benjamin Bianchi and his team keep it running.

As site manager in Birsfelden, he manages the logistics of the operation and tackles all sorts of challenges. For example: sports bags in the coffee container, shift work in Switzerland and sustainability in coffee capsules.
